We hope that you're happy with your order but we understand that sometimes products need to be returned. If for some reason you need to return your kit, please notify us within 30 days of receipt to arange a return. Returned kits must be unused and in a resalable condition. We will process a full refund within 3-5 working days of receipt of the return and notify you as soon as this has been done.
Please note that return postage is at your own expense via your chosen carrier. We advise you to use a tracked service and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit. For the most cost effective services, we recommend using Royal Mail for items under 2kg and Evri for items weighing 2-5kg.

Faulty Goods:
We’re sorry that your order isn’t up to our high standards. If you have received a faulty item, and by that we mean one that is not fit for purpose or not as described, you are entitled to return it for a full refund or a replacement. Damaged Goods:
Occasionally items can sustain damage in transit and we’re very sorry if this is the case with your order. Please note that damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the order.
