Q: Can I return my order if I change my mind?
A: Yes, as long as it's within 30 days of receipt. Please see our returns policy for further details.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges but if you're looking to return an item you can do so for a refund provided it meets our return policy. You can then place another order for the item that you would like to order instead.
Q: My item is damaged, what should I do?
A: Please contact us by sending an email to hello@art-kits.co.uk or by calling 01225 819241 and one of the team will be happy to help. Please note that damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Q: My item is faulty, what should I do?

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If you'd like to amend or cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible by contacting the team on 01225 819241 or via hello@art-kits.co.uk.
Q: Can my kit be sent to my home/university address?
Unfortunately not. All kits are sent directly to the institution (unless you order after the deadline in which case kits will be sent to your own address at an increased cost). We factor the cost of delivery into the price of the kit helping us to keep it as low as possible.
Q: Can I amend the items in the kit?
A: Unfortunately kits can't be amended. We have worked with your institution and they have supplied the contents list to ensure it contains all of the items that you require.
Q: Can I order a different version of the kit as I don't need all of the items?
A: Unfortunately we can't amend the contents of the kit. They are priced accordingly and contain the items prescribed by your course leader.
Q: When will my kit be delivered?
A: When ordering your kit online you will see information regarding the approximate handout date. Details of the exact time and place will be sent to you by your institution.
Q: How will I know when and where to collect my kit?
A: Your institution will be in touch to let you know when and where to collect your kit. Please contact them directly if you have any questions about the handout date.
Q: I don't know the address of my institution, what should I put in the shipping section when placing my order?
A:We will provide the correct address information on the checkout page of the kit website so you will be able to copy and paste it from there. Don't worry if you accidentally use your home address because we will automatically send all kits directly to the institution.
Q: I accidentally used a private address instead of putting the address of my institution, what will happen to my kit?
A: Don't worry. If you have ordered before the deadline we will disregard your private address and send your kit directly to your college or university.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: We will only provide tracking details for kits ordered after the deadline. This is because these kits will be dispatched individually to a personal address whereas kits ordered before the deadline are delivered directly to your institution to be handed out.
