What if I already own some materials in the Art Kit?

We’re afraid that the art kits are arranged with your institution a long time in advance, and so the contents are unfortunately unable to be changed. Think of it as an extra spare of the kit you already have. Our motto is You Can Never Have Enough Art Supplies! (It’s not really)

Am I guaranteed to receive my Art Kit before my course begins?

Yes! (with some caveats) If your art kit has been specified to be delivered to your institution, then we will send those ourselves, and you don’t have to worry. If your institution chooses to allow you to arrange home delivery, then you need to make sure you have enough time for the Art Kit to arrive before your course begins - our current shipping estimate within the UK is 7-10 days (although it may well arrive earlier than this, think of 7-10 days as a safe estimate)

If my institution has chosen for my art kit to be delivered to them, can I make an exception, and arrange home delivery instead?

Unfortunately not, sorry - we recommend contacting your institution directly if you have this problem!
